as far as free, i dont think so.
what you can do is set up a baby shower and register your name at places like babies r us. You need to make a list of things you would like for your baby, Just let your guest know your name is registered at babies r us. They will go the babies r us and look on the customer computer. On the computer they will type in your name and a list of what you would like for your baby will come up. After they purchase that item, it will be crossed of the list.
Thats the only free thing I can think of, is a gift

Craigslist under the “free” section sometimes has things. But even if they are trying to charge you can haggle them down lieke at a flea market

We have a place here in town where you can go to parenting or pregnancy classes. At the end of every class you attend the instructors give you a $20.00 gift certificate to a local thrift shop. The items are used, but still free. I don’t know exactly how it works because I have never been, but I believe you don’t have to spend anything out of pocket to use the certificates. It is held at the local pregnancy center (where you can get the free pregnancy tests).

if you want free samples, I would check for it. They are great because they are updated daily and all of their offers are “catch free”, that means no long surveys, no pay offers. They also have a e-mailing list where they send you the free samples listed on their site. I use that so I get them in my email (but IT IS NOT REQUIRED TO GET THE FREE SAMPLES). Their descriptions are pretty funny too! If you are looking for a specific type of free sample, there is a categories list and a search bar right above categories so that you can do searches.
Check out the enfamil ad under the third post.. i signed up with that and it is legit.
Oh yes if you are from Canada you might like
If you are from the UK you might want
