if you live in cali wic helps with formula but most places to get free formula they check your income to qualify. as far as free diapers and wipes and bottles we all want those good luck! and if your so rich to need a coach diaper bag you shouldnt get free stuff. or else dont spend all your money on stuff thats not important and feed your baby and buy them diapers and wipes. when it comes to yours kids theres more to life than making sure you have a designer diaper bag
If it is just for yourself you can get wic (Women infant Children) from most health departments. They MAY have a bottle or two to give you. As for the COACH diaper bag. You are on your own.
